Warm regards

"Tip of the day: Warm water"

First, a little disclaimer: I do not claim to be a nutritionist, nor am I, in any way an expert in nutrition. I check things out in the internet and test it out myself. I am also just sharing things that worked for me and my experiences, although not many.

I don't know how many people read my blog that will read this disclaimer anyway la...

Chose this coz I have no idea how it turned out to be a perfect love shaped

Since I started working in a restaurant, hot water is certainly more accessible (vs. getting of my butt and boil water at home...... >_<). So I researched about the benefits of water from the internet. To my surprise....

  • Increase sweat
  • Removes toxin
  • Remove build up in nervous system
  • Boost immune system
  • Cleanse body
  • Kills pathogen
  • Cure constipation
  • Improve blood circulation
I FOUND ALL OF THESE!! -motherofgod-

I never realized there are so many benefits to simply raising the temperature of the water. But you know la, internet stuff is ban zhen ban jia(half real half fake) one. So I took the liberty to test it all out :D By spending 80% of my drinking time to drink hot water/tea

I guess increase sweat, improve blood circulation belongs in the same category. This one is completely YES! After a nice, warm drink, it makes me feel warm and fuzzzzy all over ≧﹏≦
And then it became SERIOUSLY EASY to sweat, literally, walk 3 steps and sweat all over. I saw this article that says drinking hot water will increase metabolism, which will then help burn fats even when you're sleeping! How freaking amazing is that?!!
-sighs blissfully while looking like a vacant eyed idiot-

Next on the list.. kills pathogen, removes build up in nervous system, boost immune system.

These.. I don't really feel any of 'em. Basically any boiled water kills pathogens in the water. Removes build up in nervous system.. This is sorta different. Build up actually means more negative emotions, which I don't find it logical. If hot water removes build up, doesn't that mean the iced ones would create them? But I thought most people feel happy when they drink ice cold smoothies and such? I really don't get.. enlighten me :D

Besides all that, I actually heard that adding a dash of lemon juice into warm water or a cup of warm green tea would be the perfect knight in shining armor for your body. Haven't tried it yet, but I really don't think it would make any difference to me because I naturally have quite a strong immune system already. Anyone tested it out care to testify?

Cleanse body, cures constipation.. both of these very kacang lo... Both are also the primary functions of water, so there's not really a need to test it out with any specific tests..

I guess that's the solution for subtle weight loss! :D
-pun goes unrecognized-
